b) Ceasa - Harbor (By speedboat)

Details Day 1 - Reception and transfer starting at 13:00h departure from airport or hotel in Manaus to Amazon Lodge. It is 4 stages until reach Amazon Lodge in 02 cars and 02 speedboats, 3 and half hour the whole transfer it is already an excursion the way in.
Stage 1 - It is by car, from Airport or Hotel in Manaus, to Ceasa Harbor (last 30 minutes)
Stage 2 - It is by speedboat, from Ceasa Harbor to Careiro Village (last 30 minutes) to cross the Amazon River pass to the meeting of the water, and it is a junction of the Negro River and Solimões River, that form the Amazon River (the boat stop 10 minutes) to take some pictures and the guide will explain about this phenomenon.
Stage 3 - It is by car from Careiro Village to Maçarico River, 60 km paved and clay road (last 1 hour and 15 minutes). In the way, in you can enjoy the beautiful landscape from Amazon nature. In this transfer, has a stop to see the (Water Lilies) in the lake beside the road.
Stage 4 - It is by speedboat, through Maçarico River to Amazon Eco Lodge (last 1 hour and 15 minutes). In this way through the small river you can see the flooded forest and it[s landscape! in this moment the transfer adventure keep going. 08:30hs Morning Reconnaissance tour to explore the area around the Amazon Lodge, more than 337 hectors of unspoiled Brazilian primary dense rainforest. By motorized wooded canoe our guide will show the beautiful view of the rainforest, surrounded by the Juma river and the wildlife as monkey, dolphin, sloth, parrots, macaws, herons, kingfisher, cormorant, ospreys and many others types of birds and animals, it is just a estimative that you can see something in our preserve rainforest. Listen, maybe you can see or not all the birds and animals that we mentioned above.
The Amazon Eco Lodge guaranty the most intact and protected rainforest.

12:00h Buffet style Lunch Siesta
15:00h Afternoon Native Caboclo dwelling tour by wooden motorized canoe to visit the local native people to see and to understand how they live. Our guide will do his best to introduce their custom to the visitor. The native people survive and live from what they plant, hunt and fish. Our guide will take the guest to walk in their manioc and pineapple plantation, and show the variety of native fruit trees such as banana, cupuaçu, Ingah, tucuma and many others types of plants. The guest will have a chance stay at their house for the whole afternoon and to feel the atmosphere among the natives.

05:30h Morning Sunrise tour by wooden canoe our guide will take the guest way from the Amazon Lodge to a spot that has panoramic view to see and to take picture of the sunrise, after return to the Amazon Eco Lodge.

08:30hs Morning rainforest trekking tour first by wooden canoe, then whole morning walking through the jungle with our guide to listen and may have chances to see the wildlife, our guide will explain and show how to use the medicinal plants, and also how the Amazon people use it in their culture to cure some kinds of diseases, the guide will share his knowledge about the Amazon rainforest to explain how the ecosystem behave.
11:30h return to the Amazon Lodge.

15:00hs Afternoon Piranha Fishing tour with motorized wood canoe, our guide will take the guest to "Piranha" fishing the easiest to catch, the Juma river has many different species of fishes such as the Tucunaré (peacock bass) the Pirarucu (Hugh Arapaima) and the tambaqui a Hugh vegetarian fish very tasty. These other types of fishes need technique and time for catching. Usually most of our guest catches a Piranha.
17:30h returns to the Amazon Lodge.

Die Amazon Lodge ist eine ganz besondere Öko - Lodge, denn Sie treibt mitten auf dem Fluss in einem Reservat mit 337 Hektar unberührtem Urwald. Sie liegt ca. 80 km südlich von Manaus entfernt. Somit ist ein echtes Dschungel Abenteuer garantiert. Die Standard Zimmer haben geteilte Zimmer und die Superior Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Superior Zimmer sind demzufolge auch in der Preisübersicht entsprechend (eigenes Bad) erfasst.
Zu den Einrichtungen gehören eine Bar, ein Restaurant, sowie eine Fläche, auf der man relaxen kann und von wo aus man im Fluss schwimmen kann. Die Transfers von und nach Manaus dauern ca. 3 Stunden.

Location
Amazon Eco Lodge is the perfect place to experience the real rainforest. It is located on the southbank of the Amazon River, on the Parana do Mamori River system, upstream from Rio Juma.
Amazon Eco lodge are located within Amazon Eco lodge private Reserve (793 hectares of untouched primary rainforest) and protected since 1984, it is really the ideal spot for your special and unique Amazon adventure.
Getting there
Amazon Eco Ldge is located on the small river Juma – 80 km from Manaus on a straight line. It is necessary to travel a far away from the big city to get the feeling of the real jungle. It takes between three and four hours to travel to the lodge but this is not just an ordinary transfer – this is the beginning of the adventure and a very nice tour with two boatrides and passing the famous meeting of waters where Rio Negro (the black river) meets Rio Solimoes (the brown river) without mixing the waters between them. As soon as you arrive to the other side of the big Amazon river you feel that this another world and the adventure begins.
Why Amazon Eco Lodge
Amazon Eco Lodge is located far away into the rainforest. The more distant you spend your holiday away from Manaus, the more Wildlife and untouched Rainforest you will find!
Moreover, Amazon Eco lodge is located in a private reserve of 790 hectares primary rainforest. The best thing of all – there are no roads so it can only be reached by boat or plane landing on the water. This is really unspoiled rainforest. Please note that there is no telephone signal or internet so the only thing that will disturb are the sounds from the jungle like howler monkeys. Especially in the morning you can hear the howler monkeys. Around the lodge you can sometimes also see tucans and other birds and of course fishes jumping in the water and dolphins.
Amazon Eco Lodge is a floating lodge
This means that you can visit the lodge all year round. It is always easy and close to get into the boat for the excursions. The difference between the high-water level and the low water level in the area is between 14 and 22 meters.
What can you expect at the lodge
Since 1980 the Amazon Eco Lodge is a small rustic and very comfortable floating lodge. There is a nice swimming deck where you can sit down, relax, have drink and of course take a swim in the warm black river water. The lodge is surrounded by lots of wildlife. It is magic to sit down in the sunrise and listen to all the different sounds as the jungle awakens. Especially howler monkeys are usually heard in the mornings. Another very important attraction at Amazon Eco Lodge are the pink Dolphins.
The water is black and acid, which means that there are not many mosquitos becuase they don´t like the acid water. All rooms have mosquito nets and a fan.
Please feel free during your leisure time to use our wooden dugout canoes for one or two people and paddle along the river, lakes and flooded woodland.

There are plenty of hammocks for relaxing between the tours.
The lodge is well known for the delicious food mostly made of regional fish, poultry, meat and many local fruits. Lunch and dinner is served buffet style and you can always choose between two different meals, salads and there is always a gorgeous local dessert and coffee served after all meals.
Amazon Eco Lodge is an authentic jungle Lodge. There is no electricity during the day. Of course, the electricity is available when it is dark between from 18:00h to 06:00h by 110 V generator. Alternative sources of energy are also being used.
Reception and bar – with comfortable sofas, hammocks and chairs, ideal to relax before and after the tours, to have a conversation with newly met friends, accompanied by regional, national and international refreshing drinks. Restaurant located in the central module on the first floor, right on top of the reception and bar. Beautiful scenery from the restaurant top of the surroundings of the Amazon Eco Lodge. The roof being of typical regional architecture – rustic and completely protected by screens against mosquitos and any other light attracted bugs, adding to a great atmosphere in order for you to enjoy the delicious regional kitchen.
It is possible to swim in the river around the lodge.
The recreational area – consisting of a square floating deck, from where you can jump into the lake for a refreshing swim, to sunbathe, to read and to relax with nature itself.
There is no hot water (only naturally heated) in which the water temperature is usually between 26-32° Celsius throughout the whole year.
For well-being and security, as well as suitability with environmental standards, the Amazon Eco Lodge has a health and hydraulic system that is all pumped for a septic tank on land 300 meters from the Hotel.
